The Uniquely Us authors know it is not enough to read the book: combining the workbook with coaching can help you make progress and do the work of applying the knowledge as action. Use individually or in a group!

DownloadHere are some of the available online self-evaluations forASD / ADHD.. When a test is designed as a "self-assessment" for a neurodiverse individual, it's helpful for their partner or one or more close family members to also take the test, too - i..e., if a husband is evaluating his neurodiversity, the wife could also take the test and report on her observations of how her husband' presents / behaves This helps provide some dimensionality to the tests, as it's hard for anyone to accurately self-report in terms of how they might come across in a relationship.
